This is a beautiful example of a classic weiss ring that 'peeled' off away from the retina with a posterior vitreous detachment (PVD). It is one of the best examples of a weiss ring that I have seen in a while, and an excellent argument for treatment with the YAG laser. I would invite any eye care provider to watch this video and still tell me that the use of the YAG laser is not a potential option for those that are candidates for treatment.
