The Fernández brothers from Castrocontrigo (León) were still continuing in 1998 with the tradition inherited from their grandfather, an emigrant in Argentina who returned to his homeland with the idea of ​​making chocolate "by hand." Chocolates "Santocildes", in honor of the defender of the city of Astorga against the French, has maintained the tradition for more than eighty years.
