My method uses simple tools - scissors, cotton twine and bands and the pouch. It's an old school approach, but it works. It's hard to see in the video, but when I say I'm tensioning the bands, I'm holding the pouch with the ring finger and pinky of my right hand and pulling the latex held with the thumb and forefinger of my left hand. You can see me pulling the constrictor hitch tight with the thumb and forefinger of my right hand while the band is slightly stretched.
