✋🏾Hand Eczema Soak Protocol ✋🏾

🧂 Dead Sea Salt Soak for Eczema
Great for: Red, inflamed, itchy, or oozing eczema (especially dyshidrotic)
Instructions:
1. Warm about 5 cups of water (not too hot — just warm enough to soak comfortably).
2. Add 2 tablespoons of Dead Sea salt and stir to dissolve.
3. Soak hands (or feet) for 10–15 minutes.
4. Gently pat dry, do not rinse.

Great for: Itchy, inflamed skin with potential bacteria imbalance
Instructions:
1. Mix 1 part vinegar (apple cider or white) with 3 parts warm water.
Example: ¼ cup vinegar + ¾ cup water.
2. Soak affected area for 10–15 minutes.
3. Rinse off with cool water and pat dry.
