"Ice-Cream Man" is a little known song I heard one night thanks to KXLU 88.9 and their eclectic late night music choices. It's written by Pete Atkin and Clive James, and was sung by Julie Covington, most famous as the singer of "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" in "Evita". I loved her voice and the piano and thought I'd have a go of it.
