Translated as "submersed grab", Shizume Dori is shown here as a combination sword evasion (Muto Dori) and throw technique (Katate Nage). The final Muto Dori technique in the second level (Chudan) of the Takagi Yoshin Ryu densho, employs the typical Koppo-jutsu movement when wearing Yoroi (Samurai armor).
