Örebro city center sunny summer morning run. 5 km from Örebro castle, which is situated in the absolute city centre, along the river Svartån / Örebro channel and back. The views are incredible! Nature, parks, architecture and art installations all along the river. Both sculptures and bigger installations in the river is really enjoyable even if you are not an art freak. There are so many installations that the city scape really changes into something very interesting. Good job Örebro!
Running surface is varied and you can often swap between gravel, grass, concrete, asphalt and grass. Even wood as there river has wooden piers and boat jetty's in a few spots.
Beautiful city centre for running with hardly and interference with traffic!
