Ingredients:
• Mixed Berries – 300 g
• Sugar – 80 g (slightly less than 1/2 cup, adjust to taste)
• Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp
• Lemon Juice – 1.5–2 tsp
Method:
Add mixed berries to a pan.
Add sugar first and let the berries release their juices.
