The Final Chapter of The Colony

Homeowners - After more than 20 years of intensive planning and implementation we are down to the last few remaining lots that will ever be available in The Colony at White Pine Canyon.

At the beginning of the year we had over 40 homesites available, which we expected to take 3-4 years to get absorbed. After the onset of COVID we have seen unprecedented activity over the past several months in which we sold through all of our existing inventory.
