Despite my concerns about this remake going into it, I ended up really liking this game. It's not perfect, there are certain choices made with the story that definitely do not ruin it, but it doesn't hit quite the same as in the original. For coming from Bloober Team however and in the current day of remakes and remasters galore, Silent Hill 2 Remake in my opinion does stand as among the better titles in this category. I may make a video later down the road deep diving into the Remake's exact ups and downs, but for the moment enjoy some of the more interesting moments that occurred during my first playthrough.
