Depressive Black Metal from Czechia (Olomouc) / Sweden (Gothenburg, Västra Götaland)

This is an unofficial split between Czech project Trist and Swedish band Hypothermia, recorded around 2007 but never officially released. It has circulated among fans as a bootleg or digital copy.

Trist delivers slow, repetitive black metal with minimalistic guitar work and a cold, distant atmosphere. The music is raw and emotional, typical for depressive black metal.

Hypothermia's part features instrumental tracks with a more atmospheric and melodic sound. The guitar work is hypnotic, with a focus on mood rather than aggression.

This split is mainly of interest to fans of underground DSBM and collectors of rare material.
