As part of a trip around the Sea of Galilee with Hezki Barzilai as our guide, we arrived at the volcanic park located at the bottom of Mount Avital, right below the Quneitra lookout. Quarrying work that used to take place here has been stopped and today we can see and understand the volcanic processes that have taken place on the Golan Heights.
