🌟500g面粉加入猪油一勺,糖、盐少许,5g酵母,350g水(湿面团),搅拌至均匀即可,室温发酵40-60分钟。
🌟500g肉馅,一半加入生抽老抽蚝油豆瓣酱(胡椒粉、十三香)炒熟,倒入生肉馅中混合均匀,放冰箱冷藏10分钟左右。包的时候再加入香葱。
🌟将发好的面倒出(不用揉)切成小剂子,按按就可以包馅了,随便把馅能包住就行。
🌟包好的包子再二次醒发15分钟左右即可上水蒸。中大火上汽15分钟即可。
🌟闷10分钟开盖,开吃!
