Weather was not at all cold but the water was cold and pleasant
Must avoid Baga beach for crowd and loud indian music.
Must go to Baldoma Beach for peace, quiet and beautiful sunset.
Must go to streets of Candolim to experience GOA night life
It is still in India so you will find local (village) people and lot of people speaking Hindi.
