Finished a 15 months long project of rebuilding this bike.
Frame, swingarm, etc are powder coated again.
Forks are rebuilt with new springs, seals and fork oil.
New bearings in the steering stem.
Wheel bearings and seals have been replaced.
Brake cylinders and calipers are rebuilt with new seals, and new brake discs and pads of course.
Carbs have been cleaned and rebuilt.
Fuel pump has been rebuilt.
New exhaust, chain and sprockets.
Led lights (front) + additional fog lights installed.
Added heated grips and a cellphone/gps holder with integrated charger.
Added a oil pressure warning light, and warning lights for the fog lights and heated grips.
The engine has only 33500 km, and was not rebuilt. Valve timing has been checked, and several seals or O-rings have been replaced.
The seat has been renewed also.
