This was my last official trail preparing for The Cape Wrath adventure. Sandie had joined me just after recovering from Covid 19 with no training what so ever. I had been training for about a year and this was my last test before attempting the Cape Wrath. You will see during the video how tough it was for Sandie but she never gave up! The human spirit is an amazing thing!
