Michael's eyes were getting worse and we decided to come home for a couple of days to take him to the vet. We now live in a safe place in Ukraine in a small village, but there is no veterinary care in the entire area. Our big house is located in a dangerous place, but at least there are good doctors here. Unfortunately, after examining the kitten, the diagnosis was disappointing.
Only two kittens came with us - Michael and Felix. The rest stayed with their mother cat Basya. We took Felix specifically because this way, kitten Michael could more easily endure the difficult and long journey. Traveling alone would have been very stressful for him.
