Rock Exotica's Omni-Block 2.6” combines a tough, high-efficiency pulley with a robust swivel for a pulley that keeps your lines aligned correctly and prevents twist. The rope fairleads in and out of the block so that all pulling force is placed squarely onto the sheave. This helps to preserve the breaking strength of the system and to prevent the rope from abrasion with the cheek plates. Ideally suited for use as a false crotch with a climbing line.
The Omni-BLock 2.6" is the largest Omni available, with widened side plates, extremely robust design, and much higher MBS of 80 kN and WLL of 20 kN (4,496 lb). 1.5" and 2.0" Omni-Block are also available in double-sheave versions. All Omni-Blocks have some features in common, such as the high-efficiency swivels, a 1/2" max rope capacity, and the push-button locks on the side plates, which allows the rope to be installed without removing the block from the anchor.
