The Coolpak Rolleston Development is one of CM-NZ’s major active projects in Canterbury.
Located on Norris Watson Drive at the end of MidlandPort, this purpose-built facility will expand Coolpak’s capacity as one of New Zealand’s leading cold storage partners. The new site will feature a fully automated ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) warehouse and advanced technology designed to set new standards for efficiency and reliability in cold storage.
CM-NZ is providing full construction management for the project, coordinating a skilled team of consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver a high-spec, future-ready facility.
