Barbecue Butter
1½ tbsp Fresh Chopped Garlic
½ C Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1½ tbsp Cayenne Pepper
3 tsp Paprika
1 lb Butter, unsalted (Softened)
Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Place on parchment paper and roll up to insure it is secure and place in fridge overnight.
SHRIMP
6 Each 13/15 (Super Colossal) Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 oz Olive Oil
1 tbsp Green Onions
2 oz Dry White Wine
3 - 4 slices BBQ butter
½ tsp flour
½ C Heavy Whipping Cream
Seasoning of choice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place a large skillet on a burner over medium high heat. Add oil and cook shrimp until they are just done. Remove shrimp from skillet
2. Add green onions and sautee.
3. Add white wine and reduce the volume by half.
4. When the wine is reduced by half, reduce the heat to medium.
5. Add barbecue butter into pan..
6. Once butter melts, add ½ tsp of flour and mix well.
7. Add Heavy Whipping Cream and whisk thoroughly
8. Return shrimp to pan tossing to coat with sauce and heat through.
9. Place shrimp on serving plates. Ladle pan juices on top and garnish with green onions.
