Adventurers, it all started in a bar fight. This is the official first song of the bardcore musical campaign Ballad of the Echoing Deep, where a sarcastic bard meets her chaotic party.
At The Singing Wyrmling, five would-be heroes are dragged into a quest by beer, bad luck, and a mysteriously wealthy noble. Lirael Duskwind, our sharp-tongued elf bard, introduces the entire party:
Sir Cedric the Golden (human paladin, Lawful Good, dramatic)
Nymble “Nym” Quickfingers (halfling rogue, Chaotic Neutral, sticky fingers)
Oov-Korra (plasmoid barbarian, Neutral Good, literal goo bridge)
Mog the Apothe-carry (half-orc alchemist, Lawful Weird, possibly radioactive)
This fast-paced tavern chant kicks off the 13-song D&D-inspired bardcore journey with broken chairs, spilled drinks, divine overacting, and some regrettable hugs.
