DISCONNECT YOUR 12V STARTER BATTERY (IN CAR TRUNK) PRIOR TO ANY WORK! HIGH VOLTAGE CAN KILL YOU. USE MULTIMETER TO CHECK FOR HV AFTER BATTER DISCONNECTED.
2004 Gen2 Prius inverter and brake pump removal. Sorry it's so quick, hope it helps some of you. My brake light, ABS light, and ! light went on. I replaced my inverter pump, but that didn't fix the issue.
Purchased a Mini VCI cable from ebay and used Techstream version 8 which came with the cable to diagnose the car: showed low pressure in of the accumulator. Purchased used accumulator on ebay.
Here are the text/picture write-ups Iooked at prior to work:

The new actuator has so far been working fine! I used Techstream to bleed all 4 brakes, replacing with new. Car brakes better than before. BE CAREFUL NOT TO CROSS-THREAD YOUR BREAK LINE FITTINGS INTO YOUR NEW ACTUATOR! Also remember to bleed your radiator and your inverter coolants!! (this job introduces air to both of those systems!)
One of these brake fluid bottles comes in real handy if you are doing the job by yourself: https://amzn.to/2WBjU8R ...or a bigger one if you sometimes need to do trucks: https://amzn.to/2Cr6Bkc
