Seneca is one of the more popular stoic philosophers, and one of his more famous works is his Letters From A Stoic. This collection includes 124 letters written by Seneca addressing different issues. In this video we look at the first three letters in this collection including letters on saving time, the discursiveness of reading, and true and false friends. Although the overall practicality of these letters are subject to your own life situation, there is still value to be gained from each of these letters.
