Can you survive for 24 hours with only $50 worth of thrift store gear?

In this challenge, Mike Simmons and I were dropped in an unknown location in Alabama with just our clothes, EDC, and what we could buy from a thrift store we had never been to before.

Our goal? Secure the Core 4 survival priorities—shelter, water, fire, and food—without the luxury of our usual gear. No Grayl. No water containers. Just our wits, improvisation, and what we could scavenge.
