In this video I continue onwards with the assembly of the of the SSP-G 180cc GY6 Power Kit. This video is so long because I illustrate how to gap the rings (or not, mine were factory gaped - no correction required)... I explain what the gap should be at and how to properly clock the piston rings. I install the base gasket, Piston, clips cylinder, timing chain guide, cylinder head, camshaft and I show how to properly time the engine. I could not complete the top end assembly because the kit didn't have the tappets or rods for the camshaft cradle. This wouldn't be an issue if you had a donor engine but this engine is receiving all new parts. I've ordered the rest of the parts and will continue on with the build when they arrive.
