Robin Red Breast Art Using Derwent Watercolour Pencils

This speed drawing of a Robin Red Breast was completed using the Derwent Watercolour Pencils in order to help display and demonstrate the vibrancy and quality of the pencils. I have to admit, I am not the most proficient when it comes to watercolour pencils, it is a medium I absolutely need to work harder with. I have been practicing and trying to learn watercolours a bit better, but although both mediums, the watercolour pencil and watercolour tubes are essentially the same medium; the techniques and process for using both is very different.
