4 garlic cloves
3-4 lbs of chicken, or whole rotisserie if you prefer
1 lb Andouille Sausage
1 cup of oil
1 - 1 1/2 cups of flour or jar of roux
cajun seasoning
Worcestershire if you like it
Louisiana style hot sauce if used
