How to set up the Needles on the Passap Duomatic 80 Knitting Machine

In this video, I will show a few ways to set up the needles and to make the cast-on. For all of the examples I will cast-on 20 needles using the tubular cast-on method from the manual.

The stitch size shown on the video is suitable for the yarn, that I am using, so they may be different for you.
NOTE:
When knitting the 2x1 rib, the racking handle must be in its lowest position. I rotated it to its highest position only to show you the first needle on the back bed, so you can skip the part of rotating it to its upper position (06:02).
