As mentioned on one of my previous videos (and Instagram too), the Hotpoint 9530 is finally back in the Kitchen. But because everything had already been filmed twice over, plus all other detergent trials, alternate titles etc were used up, there were no new opportunities to film her.
However, I owe this inspiration to @thelaundrycookie1200 as he washed a Bathmat in his Zanussi IZ, which lead me to realise our one needed washing too.
Having had bad experienced with the Miele destroying the rubber backing, I thought we'd do it in the 9530, with some towels to cushion it/balance it out (which did the total opposite) and have an opportunity to make a video of her.
So, Barbara is back, strong and feisty! Watch out though, she's got her 95 attitude as always!
If I can purchase some new foreign detergents or retro 80s Detergents from the UK, I may have more chances to make new videos of Barbara.
Until then, sit back and relax...and be careful if you're wearing headphones/earphones, she may just make you jump!
