Recipe:
1 egg , beaten
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup pancake mix
2 tsp sugar
1 package hot dogs
Wooden sticks (if desired)
Turn on corndog maker and wait until ready light turns on . Spray with nonstick spray if desired. Cut hot dogs in 1/2 across the middle and add the sticks, if using
Mix batter together and submerge the hot dogs until covered . Place covered dogs in maker and spoon a small amount of batter on top of the dogs to cover the topside . Once all hot dogs are placed in maker close lid and let them cook 3-5 minutes. Check at 3 minutes, if browned Turn over and cook 2 minutes (use silicone or plastic)
Until golden brown
