Are we the only two people on this planet who had never heard of Flying/Aerial Yoga before??

After watching all seven members twist, stretch, stress, bend, and contort their bodies for over an hour, we felt like we needed a nap ourselves! Despite the fatigue and pain that today’s episode of “Run BTS!” caused us, it was indeed a SPECIAL EPISODE.

Here are our thoughts on each member’s performance:

1. Jimin’s extensive history in ballet/contemporary dance seems to have paid off in a big way, as he gracefully and effortlessly performed 99% of the poses. Either that, or he has done this flying yoga thing before!

2. JK’s performance was almost as impressive and graceful as Jimin’s…however, the Golden Maknae had to do what Golden Maknae’s do…rope swinging, shadow boxing, and even upside down hanging abdominal crunches! 🤯

3. V didn’t do too shabby himself. After being caught in a rope swinging daze (perhaps inspired by JK), V received a harsh scolding from MC / Real Estate Agent / Regulation Team Member, Jimin…who kindly asked V to leave the premises. JIMIN to V: “Sir…this isn’t a place you can fool around in…if you stamp your seal and pay for it, you can cause mischief.” 😂

4. RM…held his own. He certainly had his moments of struggle (namely when the rope was cutting off the blood circulation to his upper thighs), but he also had his moments of glory. In RM-like fashion, he seemed to revel in the success of his fellow members.

5. However, NOBODY reveled in the success (and failures) of his fellow members more than…J-Hope. Every where we looked, there Hobi was, snapping a picture on his cell phone like a proud parent.

6. And LAST, but certainly not LEAST…Suga and Jin. We’re grouping these two together because, while nobody did a “bad job,” we can confidently say that these two expressed the most pain (both verbally and nonverbally). From the onset, we had a feeling that this would be a rough experience for these Suga and Jin. As we learned in a previous Rise of Bangtan episode…stretching is not Suga’s forte. And Jin…well, his lengthy body proved to be somewhat disadvantageous. The laws of physics dictated his movements. Suga and Jin's attempts to cover up their pain during “picture time” made us laugh.

All in all, huge props to each member for giving it their all and showing us how to live life to the fullest! No matter how much money or fame they amass, they remain normal, funny human beings.
