BUILD NOT WORKING after patch!

Finally, the S Tier Titan build is here. So I tried Ruetoo's Mace Strike / Vine Arrow Titan build, and I can't stop smiling at how broken this interaction is right now. As I mentioned in the video, my Ring, Jewels, and some other gear are not optimized for this setup at all. Upgrading these slots with some 50-100 Exalt items—you can significantly increase both damage and survivability.

Additionally, you can replace The Surrender shield with a rare shield. If you opt for a rare shield, prioritize physical damage reduction, high block chance, and other valuable stats like life, maximum resistances, and elemental resistances.
