o On wrist – Wears really well and not undersized considering 38mm-ish silhouette on my 7.5” wrist, well balanced proportions
Potential Strap-Monster, would thrive on a premium nylon, tropic, or sailcloth strap
Unfortunate slight milky ring visible and certain angles
o Model Variants – Check their site for current options and availability
o Comparable models – The $500-$600 microbrand GMT space it extremely competitive and saturated with NH34 powered pieces, so what sets the Oceanguard apart? I think it’s the overall balance in design, it feels classic but not completely derivative
o Bottom-line – While the space IS crowed, the Oceanguard GMT is one of the better vintage inspired GMTs out there, while not necessarily being one of the most expensive either
