Explanation of the Öhlins mtb airspring for RXF36, 38 and DH38 forks.
A very common "issue" with these forks is that riders are blowing through the travel and having to use too much psi in the main.
The only problem here is that, one could argue, you're just using it wrong. I would go as far to say Öhlins should put more effort into communicating this, honestly.
If you are blowing through the travel of the fork and don't understand why or you can't seem to get a nice feel out of it, then this is the right video for you.
about me:
I am the owner of Plush Rides in the Netherlands. It is a mountainbike suspension service and tuning shop. I am an official Öhlins service center and had training at the former European HQ at The Nordschleife. Öhlins is by far my favorite suspension to ride and work on. This doesn't mean I hate the rest. I happily work on most brands of suspension, other than a lot of proprietary and specific stuff like Specialized Brain or Trek isostrut.
I also have a small webshop where I like to offer products that I personally like or think are underrepresented.
