Preparation for Importing staff name list with photo to AGen software

To import your staff excel file and photo into AGen software for ID card printing, you have to make sure your excel file comes without formula or you may save your excel file into csv format.
Make sure the file name matches one of the column names of the excel file. The column name in the excel file can come without file name extensions. However, you must make sure the file extensions is the same as all another file. The recommended file extension is PNG for transparent background or jpg for smaller file size.
If you do not have photos for the staff, AGen also supports the spot photo capturing function.
