We talk a lot about probiotics & CFUs when it comes to fermented foods and I think it's time we send my L Reuteri yogurt out for lab testing!

In this video, I’m sharing a lab experiment I’ve been wanting to do for a long time: independently testing my L. reuteri yogurt to see what the CFU numbers actually look like.

Rather than just doing our science-based hypothesis this project is about getting real data and publishing it publicly.
