She was misrepresented as a "micro pig" and sold to them in the Summer of 2012. She was just 4 pounds, and in under 2 years she grew to be 500 pounds! Derek and Steve kept Esther anyways. She was accustomed to home life, and so the whole family went on an adventure of a lifetime. Esther' story has touched and inspired many people around the world. Her aim is to change the world one heart at a time.
