This is Part 6 in our series on improving the power of your golf swing by tuning up your cross-crawl pattern.
In Parts 4 and 5 we worked strengthening the cross-crawl pattern.
In Part 6, 7 and 8 we will work on soft tissue techniques that improve the rotational capacity of the Fascial Spiral lines.
Soft tissue release along the spral lines improves blood flow and extensibility of the fascia and other soft tissue. This enhances the cross-crawl pattern’s capacity to develop rotational power.
In this video we will work on the middle portion of the spiral lines.
