Obsessed Mummies witness Joe the Cop is moonlighting as a guest host on the grave-yard shift at a tiny, decrepit, low-watt radio station. His talk show has only one topic call-ins about Mummies (think of Mummy-themed Frasier call-ins). Odd-balls of all stripes call in to reveal the most exciting, varied incidents of public Mummy sightings that the series has had to offer. We see clips from previous episodes which illustrate the callers' claims. The only new material will be what little is necessary to set up the mini-station, inside and out, and the continuing voice-over discussions between Joe and the radio-call-in listeners.

In ancient Egypt, an evil sorcerer named Scarab, kills the pharaoh's son, Prince Rapses, so he can become immortal.
Entombed alive for his crime, Scarab revives in the modern world and begins his search for Rapses's reincarnation, a San Francisco-dwelling boy named Presley Carnovan to retrieve the spirit of Rapses and once again, live for another 3500 years. Presley awakens Rapses's mummified bodyguards, Ja-Kal, Rath, Armon, and Nefertina, along with Rapses's mummified cat, Khati, to protect him from Scarab. They use the power of Ra to transform into powerful guardians.
35 centuries into the future, the mummies must learn our modern ways of living, and let go of their ancient past.
