Ingredients / కావలసిన పదార్థాలు:
• Prawns (రొయ్యలు)
• Onions (ఉల్లిపాయలు): 3
• Green Chillies (పచ్చిమిర్చి): 3
• Ginger Garlic Paste (అల్లం వెల్లుల్లి పేస్ట్)
• Masala Ingredients: Cloves (4), Elachi (2), Cinnamon, Shah Jeera, Coriander seeds, Cumin, Javitri (Mace).
• Curry Leaves (కరివేపాకు) - Main Ingredient
• Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder (ఉప్పు, పసుపు, కారం)
Cooking Process:
1. Marinate prawns and cook until water evaporates.
2. Dry roast spices with curry leaves and blend into a powder.
3. Fry prawns separately and keep aside.
4. Sauté onions, chillies, and ginger-garlic paste.
5. Add fried prawns and the special masala powder.
6. Simmer for 4 minutes and serve hot.
