We Gave Up Food for 24 Hours to Start the New Year | Dominique Sachse

At the start of the new year, Vic and I chose to begin with a 24-hour spiritual fast. A spiritual fast isn’t about deprivation. It’s about creating space to quiet distractions, pray, and realign our hearts with God.

Whether we’re in a season of feast or famine, the invitation is the same: to turn to Him for strength, provision, and peace. This vlog shares why we chose to fast, what it looked like for us, and how starting the year rooted in faith helped us slow down and reset with intention.
