9/11 Video

The term "9/11" refers to the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, in the United States. On that day, members of the extremist group al-Qaeda hijacked four airplanes. Two planes were flown into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, causing both towers to collapse. A third plane hit the Pentagon near Washington, D.C., and the fourth plane, United Airlines Flight 93, crashed in a field in Pennsylvania after passengers attempted to regain control. The attacks resulted in nearly 3,000 deaths and had a profound impact on global politics, leading to the U.S.-led War on Terror and significant changes in security policies worldwide.
