📍How to reach Eibsee from Munich (by Public Transport):
1️⃣ Take the train from Munich Hauptbahnhof (Munich Hbf) to Garmisch-Partenkirchen – this ride takes around 1.5 hours.
2️⃣ From Garmisch, hop on the Eibsee Bus (Bus 9850) which takes you straight to the lake in approx. 40 minutes.

🚡 Want to visit Zugspitze? Here’s how from Eibsee:
If you’re already at Eibsee, you’re in the perfect spot! You can directly take the Zugspitze cable car (Eibsee Seilbahn) from there. It takes you all the way to the summit in just 10 minutes with stunning panoramic views.
Alternatively, for a slower and scenic route:
• From Garmisch-Partenkirchen, take the Zugspitzbahn cogwheel train to Zugspitzplatt (at the glacier level).
• From there, take the Gletscherbahn cable car to the summit.
