Twelve people, who died in a road accident in April 2017 between Wolmaransstad and Ottosdal in the North West, will be laid to rest on Saturday. The North West provincial government will have a mass funeral for the deceased in Wolmaranstaad. On 8th April, a 14-seater mini bus taxi collided head on with an SUV, on the R505 road, killing thirteen people on the spot. The deceased were members of the Zion Christian Church.
