Fabrication of my trial Kick Starter for a 1st Gen Virago. I've never seen one done and wanted to see if the TCI would even fire the plugs with only a 1/4 turn of rotation. Turns out that it will !!!(there's a Part 2 of the video where I install it and kick start it). Now I can work out a design that will provide more rotation so it doesn't have to be indexed to the beginning of the compression stroke to fire. Wish me luck on the final design !!
