We would like to draw your attention on entering the Russian Federation from the UK of third-country nationals having the right to travel to Russia on visa-free basis in accordance with bilateral agreements.

Citizens of such states can travel to Russia from London without visa with a document confirming the right for permanent residence in the UK, as well as a certificate of absence of the COVID-19.

If you have dual nationality, for example, of a state having a bilateral agreement with Russia on visa-free entry and an EU passport or other, attached to the residence permit in the UK, you must apply for a Russian visa for the latter. In this case, visa-free entry to the Russian Federation is not possible.

In order to avoid misunderstanding and problems when leaving London or when crossing the border in Russia, we recommend you to contact the Russian Visa Application Center in advance.
