How to Make Shichimi Togarashi | Japanese Seven Spice

Learn how to make shichimi togarashi in just minutes using a unique blend of chili flakes, dried orange and tasty spices that'll add fabulous Japanese flavours to your home cooking

**Ingredients **

2 tbsp chilli flakes (hot or mild)
2 tbsp dried orange peel
#1-2 tbsp dried seaweed (or 1-2 sheets crumbled nori)
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp Sichuan (Szechuan) peppercorns (or black peppercorns )
2 tsp ground ginger

#if you enjoy seaweed flavour use the higher amount

tbsp = tablespoon
tsp = teaspoon
