LIWAYWAY BREAD RECIPE
DOUGH
*180g sugar
*10g salt
*30g skim milk powder
*70g shortening
*1 can water
*1 tsp vanilla
*1 kg bread flour(first class)
UBE FILLING
*750g brown sugar
*10g salt
*50g skim milk powder
*30g ube yum powder
*food color(ube)
*150g margarine
*1 tsp vanilla
*1 can and 1/2 cup water
*500g bread powder/crumbs
*10g baking powder
*1 kg bread flour(third class)
TAKE NOTE:
*1 can is equivalent to 370mL
*baking time may varies depending on what type of oven you used
*resting time may varies the surroundings temperature
*the water measurement depends also the kind or the brand of flour you used
*if you want to delay the resting time you can adjust the measurement of the yeast
