ساخت قالب دستساز فولادی برای تولید پرچ فولادی

در این ویدیو یک قالب فولادی دست‌ساز طراحی و ساخته می‌کنم که قادر است پرچ فولادی یکپارچه را به روش فورج سرد و تحت فشار پرس هیدرولیک تولید کند.

تمام اجزای قالب از قطعات ضایعاتی کامیون ساخته شده‌اند که به‌صورت دقیق ماشین‌کاری و سخت‌کاری استاندارد شده‌اند تا در برابر فشار بسیار بالا دچار تغییر شکل یا ترک نشوند.

در این پروژه می‌بینید که چگونه می‌توان بدون CNC، بدون ریخته‌گری و بدون تجهیزات گران‌قیمت کارخانه‌ای، فقط با دانش مهندسی، ضایعات فلزی و یک پرس قدرتمند، پرچ فولادی صنعتی تولید کرد.

In this video, I design and build a handmade steel forging die capable of producing solid steel rivets using cold forging under a hydraulic press.

The entire die set is built from recycled truck parts, carefully selected for strength and durability. Each component is precision-machined and properly heat-treated to withstand extreme hydraulic pressure without deformation or cracking.

This project demonstrates how industrial-grade steel rivets can be manufactured without CNC machines, without casting, and without expensive factory equipment — using only engineering knowledge, scrap metal, and a powerful press.
