इसके लिए हमें गाल ब्लैडर की एनाटॉमी समझना बहुत जरूरी है। तो जैसे कि हमने पुराने वीडियोज में देखा है।
पित्ताशय की थैली का (gallbladder) आकार नाशपति के समान होता है। यह पेट के ऊपरी हिस्से के दाएं और लिवर (liver) के नीचले हिस्से में होता है। यह पित्त प्रणाली का बी हिस्सा होता है, जो शरीर में पित्तरस (bile) के भंडारण, उत्पादन और परिवहन में अहम भूमिका निभाता है। पित्ताशय छोटी आंत तक पित्त रस पहुंचाने का कार्य करता है।

Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) gallbladder का MRI है, ये एक Non-invasive Test है जब हम gallbladder का MRCP करते हैं तो हमें gallbladder, Biliary tree, Liver के बारे में scientific imaging information पता चलती हैं।

ERCP में हमारे खाने के रास्ते से एक दूरबीन डाली जाती है और उस दूरबीन से Biliary tree को acces किया जाता है इसे Endoscopic कहते है और ये invasive procedures है

ERCP का रोल Therapeutic ज्यादा है। मतलब ERCP की मदद tretment में ज्यादा ली जाती है। बहोत बार छोटे छोटे Gallstones common bile duct में अटक जाते है। इन परिस्तिथियों में ये Gallstones निकालने के लिए ERCP की मदद ली जाती है, ERCP से ये Gallstones निकाले जाने के बाद यहां पे एक नली बिठाई जाती है, जिसे stent कहा जाता है। ये stent इस treck को open रखता है और gallbladder की tretment आसान हो जाती है।

• MRCP Diagnosis के लिए काम आती है इसमे gallbladder का MRI है किया जाता है , ये एक Non-invasive Test है जब हम gallbladder का MRCP करते हैं तो हमें gallbladder, Biliary tree, Liver के बारे में scientific imaging information पता चलती हैं।

• ERCP की मदद tretment में ज्यादा ली जाती है , इसमें में हमारे खाने के रास्ते से एक दूरबीन डाली जाती है और common bile duct में अटके Gallstones निकालने के लिए ERCP की मदद ली जाती है।

• ERCP के बाद अगर residual stone हो तो वो दूरबीन से निकाले जाते है।
